A sex comedy where on one side three game less losers tired of bringing home the haggard and undesirable, take advantage of an opportunity to learn from local ladies man legend Johnny Eyelash the ways of picking up chicks that are out of their league. On the flip side two strippers are recruited to join the T.O.B a woman’s group  that has come up with a database to keep track of men, while promoting the use of their bodies and the promise of Sex to fleece men for all they are worth.

Hollywood SexWars is unapologetic and is exactly what you expect it to be with liberal doses of crude humor and nudity. For what it is its entertaining although my suggestion is to turn it off before the final 10 minutes where the film quickly loses steam and falls apart destroying everything that was shown before it.

There are a few issues with the story and casting but from the title alone, if this surprises you, you are more of a half wit than the three protagonists pre makeover.

The biggest hurdle I have is the lack of nudity, yes there is an abundance of naked breasts but there is a decidedly lack of sex and if you are thinking full frontal think again.

Lack of skin and sex, in a sex comedy aside, the most annoying aspect is flamboyant playboy Johnny Eyelash, who should have been renamed Johnny Moustache, this dude should be teaching in west Hollywood and not how to pick up the ladies. The other major qualm is Big Wendy (Jenae Altshwager) from the T.O.B who is so rough around the edges she wouldn’t be able to land a job in some 3rd rate back alley Milf porn. I am not sure how she could be a leader of any woman’s group unless the group was called ridden hard and hung up wet.

Hollywood SexWars doesn’t break any new ground in the battle of Sexes instead relying on tried and true clichés woman are really, really stupid and are only interested in money. While guys are only interested in Sex and using money and drugs are the best way to get it.

Mindlessly entertaining with a few laugh out loud moments, while simultaneously able to not break any new ground or conceive an original idea. HSW’s is a movie that really needed to go for it, Sadly it’s a movie that is like a guy who had one too many shots thinking it pulled a 10 when it’s a drunken 7 at best.

Grade – 72
