Filming For The Night Visitor 2 Begins February 15th
., February 10, 2014 … Internationally acclaimed psychic and paranormal investigator, Chip Coffey (PSYCHIC KIDS, PARANORMAL STATE) has joined the cast of sci-fi thriller THE NIGHT VISITOR 2: HEATHER’S STORY featuring Caitlin Carmichael (TRUE BLOOD, BAG OF BONES), Mark Gantt (THE NIGHT VISITOR, THE BANNEN WAY, THE SECOND REIGN OF NIGHT), Jennifer Blanc Biehn (WRONG COPS, EVERLY, THE VICTIM), and directed by Brianne Davis (TRUE BLOOD, PROM NIGHT, JARHEAD). THE NIGHT VISITOR 2: HEATHER’S STORY is produced by Blanc Biehn Productions and Lony Ruhmann in association with Give & Take Productions and begins filming in Los Angeles on February 15, 2014.
The Night Visitor 2:HEATHER’S STORY is a sci-fi/thriller that runs parallel to the original Night Visitor, telling the story of Heather, a special young girl, who must protect her family and the planet from the same other-earthly being. The sequel delves deeper into the mysteries that plagued the Stevens family and their son Ricky with the help of psychic and medium Daniel.
“After producing and directing the first film, Lony Ruhmann and I began discussing ideas about the sequel to ‘The Night Visitor’ and we could not be happier about the talent involved with the film,” said Jennifer Blanc Biehn. “It’s exciting to have Chip Coffey join the cast. His expertise will add authenticity to the feature.”
THE NIGHT VISITOR 2: HEATHER’S STORY was written by Kevin and Bradley Marcus and Mark Gantt. Executive producers include Lony Ruhmann, Jennifer Blanc Biehn, Michael Biehn, and Brianne Davis. Film is produced by Mark Gantt and Dylan Matlock.
“‘The Night Visitor’ was my first directorial feature and starred my dear friend Brianne Davis,” added Blanc-Biehn. “Because I have a larger role in the sequel, we agreed Brianne would be perfect to direct me in ‘The Night Visitor 2’.”
Chip Coffey is an acclaimed medium, paranormal investigator, and speaker. Coffey hosted PSYCHIC KIDS: CHILDREN OF THE PARANORMAL, a one hour documentary pilot followed by three seasons of the groundbreaking series that aired on both A&E and Biography. Coffey was also featured on thirty-one episodes of the popular A&E series PARANORMAL STATE.
