Emmy-Award Winning Series “Robot Chicken” Continues to Garner Praise, the Series has Won 4 Emmy Awards and Received 12 Nominations in the Past 6 Seasons
July 19, 2013 – Stoopid Buddy Stoodios is a state of the art animation production house founded in 2012 by Seth Green and Matthew Senreich, John Harvatine IV and Eric Towner. The facility is a two-building complex located in Burbank, CA, and is home-base for both individual and joint ventures for the partners, as well as regularly hosting outside projects.
The 7th season of “Robot Chicken” will be premiere this Fall and Batman and Superman will be dusting off their capes when they bring back the highly anticipated “Robot Chicken DC Comics Special.” Other projects include College Humor’s “Dinosaur Office,” stop-motion animated segments of “Spy vs. Spy” for MAD from Warner Bros. Animation for Cartoon Network, YouTube’s Stoopid Monkey channel, “Übermansion” with Bryan Cranston, pilots at Disney XD and Adult Swim and a feature project at Sony Pictures Animation.
Up next, Green, Senreich, Towner and Harv will executive produce “Friendship All-Stars” a web-series for L/Studio. The new stop-motion animated comedy series follows the mundane and offbeat adventures of pretend celebrity neighbors living together in a giant apartment building. The series will consist of 10 episodes that will air every other week beginning July 24th on LStudio.com.
Fans will get a sneak peek into next season of “Robot Chicken” at their official Comic-Con 2013 Panel this afternoon from 3:15 PM – 4:00 PM at the Hilton Bayfront, in the Indigo Ballroom.
